EthOss Degranulation Kits are designed to remove degranulation tissue and debris from a sight prior to grafting, ensuring the graft material can be placed in direct contact with healthy host bone and reducing the risk of failure.
The kits contain 4 burs of different sizes, each with large diamond cutting edges designed to “polish” the bone aggressively removing all soft tissues without damaging the surrounding bone.
The kit is supplied with four Degranulation Burs:

2.5mm
3mm
3.5mm
The kit also includes a bur block, cleaning brush and suction tip. Or you can choose the ‘Eco Degranulation Bur Kit’ that comes without the cleaning brush and suction tip.
Reusable: up to 100 times
Recommended speed: 800-1200rpm
